The comfort of getting an advance on your pay when you need it is not just for civilians. Military personnel and those in active service of the armed forces can also check out the options for a variety of military payday loans. And based on their rank in the army and their pay, they can borrow a percentage of it from military payday lenders.
Such provisions can help militiamen take care of unforeseen expenses and meet them squarely. Special directives state that repayment rules are also different for the armed forces. There are no penalties if the payday loan is paid off before the due date – which is the upcoming payday. The dictates also prevent the Military payday lenders from taking unfair advantage of unwarranted clauses placed in the contracts, based on which they may be challenged in a court of law.
Even the practice of extending money under this form of credit is to be in a permissible fashion – this means the military payday lenders cannot demand security from the borrower. Lenders who violate any of these dictates may face fines. This law came into force on October 1st, 2007, but it does not have retrospective effect and therefore does not apply to the loans taken before date.
